Development areas include multimedia content management systems, innovative e-Business/e-Services architectures, ontology based semantic web applications, intelligent workflow management systems. Relevant background projects for this proposal include: Direct-Info (FP6, IST-506898), K-WF GRID (FP&, IST-511385), EurEauWeb (FP5, IST-2001-34182), Pellucid (FP5, IST-2001-34519), WorkSafe (eContent EDC-11023), ERDDS (eContent EDC-11261).
